Booking Detail
The Command Center for viewing and editing individual bookings
Click on any booking reference in the booking list to open the booking detail page — the Command Center for that booking.
Header
The header shows:
- Booking Reference (e.g., REN-2026-00001)
- Status Dropdown — Change the booking status
- Payment Status Dropdown — Update payment status
- Tags — Add or remove admin tags for organization
- Action Menu — Email customer, export PDF, duplicate booking
Info Strip
A quick-glance summary bar showing:
- Customer name and email
- Vehicle name and category
- Rental period (dates, times, and rental day count)
- Pickup and dropoff locations
- Grand total, deposit amount, balance due
- Booking mode
Inline Editors
The booking detail page uses inline editors — click the pencil icon on any section to toggle edit mode.
Customer Editor
Edit customer information without leaving the page:

Rental Editor
Modify the rental details:

| Dropoff Date | End date (calendar picker) |
| Dropoff Time | Dropoff time (24h format) |

| Vehicle | Change vehicle (only for pre-pickup statuses) |
| Booking Mode | Change the booking mode |
The vehicle can only be changed when the booking status is Request Received, Pending Payment, or Confirmed. Once a vehicle is picked up, it cannot be changed.
Pricing Editor
Adjust the financial details:

| Discount Total | Coupon or offer discounts |

| Grand Total | Final amount (can be manually overridden) |
| Line Items | Add, remove, or edit individual line items |
Use the Recalculate button to reset prices to the current pricing rules.
Payment Editor
Update payment details:
