Calendar

The Calendar page provides a Gantt chart view of your entire fleet, showing bookings and availability blocks across time.

How It Works

• Rows — Each row represents a vehicle in your fleet
• Horizontal Axis — Timeline (days/weeks)
• Blocks — Colored bars showing bookings and availability blocks

Color Coding

Bookings are color-coded by status:

• Confirmed bookings
• Active rentals (picked up)
• Pending bookings
• Availability blocks (maintenance, etc.)

Interactions

• Click a booking block — Opens the booking detail page
• Drag to resize — Extend or shorten a booking's dates directly on the calendar
• Scroll — Navigate through time periods
• Zoom — Adjust the time scale (day/week view)

Use Cases

The calendar is useful for:

• Quick overview — See which vehicles are booked and when
• Spotting gaps — Find open periods for promotions or maintenance
• Conflict detection — Identify overlapping bookings or blocks
• Schedule planning — Plan maintenance windows around existing bookings
