Team Management
Invite team members and manage roles and permissions
The Team section lets you invite staff members to your CR Bee admin dashboard with role-based access control.
Roles
CR Bee has three team roles with different permission levels:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all features and settings |
| Fleet Manager | Manage vehicles, categories, features, pricing, and availability. Cannot manage team, settings, or API keys |
| Booking Agent | View and manage bookings only. Cannot modify fleet, pricing, or settings |
Inviting a Team Member
Go to Team in the sidebar and click Invite Member.
- Enter the team member's email address
- Select a role
- Click Send Invite
The invited user will receive an email with a link to create their account and set a password.
Managing Team Members
The team list shows:
- Name — Team member's name
- Email — Contact email
- Role — Current role (with dropdown to change)
- Status — Active or pending invite
- Actions — Remove from team
Changing Roles
Click the role dropdown next to any team member to change their role. The change takes effect immediately — the user's permissions update on their next page load.
Removing a Team Member
Click the remove button to revoke a team member's access. They will no longer be able to log in to your admin dashboard. This does not delete their account — they can be re-invited later.
