Booking Actions
Email, export, and duplicate bookings
The booking detail page header includes an action menu with the following options:
Email Customer
Send an email to the customer with their booking details. The email uses your configured email provider (see Email Setup) and includes:
- Booking reference
- Vehicle details
- Rental dates and times
- Locations
- Price breakdown
- Booking status
Export PDF
Generate a PDF document for the booking that includes:
- Full booking details
- Customer information
- Vehicle details with photos
- Price breakdown with line items
- Booking status and payment status
The PDF can be downloaded or printed for record-keeping.
Duplicate Booking
Create a new booking with the same vehicle, customer, and settings. This is useful for:
- Repeat customers rebooking the same vehicle
- Creating similar bookings with minor variations
- Extending a rental as a new booking
The duplicated booking opens in edit mode so you can adjust dates, prices, or other details before saving.
