Dashboard
Navigate the admin dashboard and understand your key metrics
The Dashboard is your home screen when you log in to CR Bee. It gives you a quick overview of your business performance and upcoming activity.
Dashboard Sections
Greeting & Alerts
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see a personalized greeting and any important alerts that need your attention, such as:
- Pending booking requests waiting for confirmation
- Vehicles with upcoming availability blocks
- Configuration warnings (e.g., missing prices, no email provider)
Key Stats
Quick-glance metrics for your business:
- Total Bookings — Number of bookings in the selected period
- Revenue — Total revenue from confirmed bookings
- Upcoming Pickups — Bookings with pickup dates in the near future
- Active Rentals — Vehicles currently rented out
Charts
Visual analytics for tracking trends:
- Booking volume over time (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Revenue trends
- Fleet utilization rates
Today's Schedule
A quick view of today's pickups and dropoffs, showing:
- Customer name
- Vehicle
- Time
- Location
Onboarding Checklist
For new accounts, a guided checklist showing setup progress:
- Add your first location
- Add your first vehicle
- Set up pricing
- Configure email provider
- Connect Stripe
- Take a test booking
Items are checked off automatically as you complete them.
