Managing Vehicles
Add, edit, and manage the vehicles in your rental fleet
The Fleet section is where you manage all the vehicles available for rental. Each vehicle has detailed information that customers see during the booking process.
Adding a Vehicle
Go to Fleet in the sidebar and click Add Vehicle.
Required Fields

| Slug | URL-friendly identifier, auto-generated from the name |
| Category | The vehicle category (Economy, SUV, etc.) |
Vehicle Details

| Air Conditioning | Whether A/C is available |
| Minimum Age | Minimum driver age required (if set, age surcharges may apply) |
Photos
Upload one or more photos of the vehicle. The first photo is used as the main image in search results. Additional photos appear in the gallery on the vehicle detail page.
For best results, use landscape images (16:9 ratio) with a minimum width of 800px. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.
Features
Assign features to the vehicle (e.g., GPS, Bluetooth, USB). Features are defined in the Features section and can be assigned to multiple vehicles.
Editing a Vehicle
Click on any vehicle in the fleet list to open its edit form. All fields can be modified. Changes take effect immediately after saving.
Deleting a Vehicle
Click the delete button on a vehicle to remove it. Vehicles with existing bookings cannot be deleted — you must cancel or complete those bookings first.
Deleting a vehicle is permanent and removes it from all search results and availability checks.
Vehicle Visibility
A vehicle appears in customer search results only when:
- It has at least one price set (per season × duration tier)
- It is not blocked for the requested dates
- It is not already booked for overlapping dates
If a vehicle doesn't appear in results, check that prices are configured in the Pricing section.
