Setting Prices
Set daily rates for vehicles using the pricing grid
The Prices tab is where you set the actual daily rates for your vehicles. It displays a grid with vehicles on one axis and season × duration tier combinations on the other.
The Pricing Grid
Go to Pricing > Prices tab. You'll see a spreadsheet-like grid:
- Rows — Your vehicles (grouped by category)
- Columns — Each season × duration tier combination
- Cells — The daily rate for that combination
Setting a Price
Click on any cell and enter the daily rate. Press Enter or Tab to confirm and move to the next cell.
Category vs. Vehicle Pricing
You can set prices at two levels:
- Category Pricing — Set a default rate for all vehicles in a category. This appears as a row at the top of each category group.
- Vehicle Pricing — Set a specific rate for an individual vehicle. This overrides the category price.
If a vehicle has no specific price set, it inherits the price from its category. If neither the vehicle nor its category has a price, the vehicle won't appear in search results.
Price Inheritance
The pricing engine resolves prices in this order:
- Vehicle-specific price (if set)
- Category price (if set)
- No price available (vehicle hidden from results)
Bulk Actions
For large fleets, you can:
- Copy prices from one vehicle to another
- Apply a percentage increase/decrease across a season
- Use the Pricing Tools for advanced operations
