Look & Feel

Customize your booking flow's branding, colors, and typography

Go to Settings > Look & Feel to customize the visual appearance of your public booking flow.

SettingDescription
Logo ImageUpload your company logo (displayed in the booking flow header)
Logo TextFallback text shown when no logo image is set

Colors

Customize the color scheme of your booking flow:

Brand ColorPrimary brand color used in headers and accents
Accent ColorUsed for highlights, selected states, and call-to-action elements
Accent Text ColorText color on accent-colored backgrounds
Accent Hover ColorAccent color on hover
Button Hover ColorButton background on hover
Button Text ColorText color inside buttons
Button Text Hover ColorButton text on hover

You can select from preset colors or enter a custom hex value.

Typography

Font FamilyChoose from: System Default, Inter, DM Sans, Plus Jakarta Sans, Poppins, Roboto, Open Sans, Lato, Montserrat, Nunito, Raleway, Source Sans, Manrope, Work Sans, Outfit
Border RadiusCorner rounding for cards and buttons (0–24px)
Shadow StyleBox shadow intensity: None, Subtle, Medium, Bold, Heavy
Shadow ColorColor for shadows

Border Customization

Fine-tune borders for different UI elements:

Trust Banners

Add trust-building messages displayed in the booking flow:

Trust banners support per-locale translations when multiple locales are enabled.

All styling changes apply to both the SaaS booking flow and the WordPress plugin. The WordPress plugin reads these settings from the API and applies them as CSS custom properties.
