Booking Settings
Configure booking modes, requirements, and customer form options
Go to Settings > Booking to configure how customers make bookings.
Booking Modes
Enable one or more booking modes for your customers:

| Request Booking | Customer submits a request; you confirm manually | No |
| Pay at Pickup | Booking confirmed immediately; payment at pickup | No |
| Pay Now | Customer pays full amount online during checkout | Yes |
| Deposit | Customer pays a deposit online; balance at pickup | Yes |
Pay Now and Deposit modes are only available if you have configured Stripe. They will be hidden from the checkout if Stripe is not set up.
When multiple modes are enabled, customers choose their preferred mode during checkout.
Booking Requirements
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Min Rental Days | Minimum number of days for a booking |
| Max Rental Days | Maximum number of days for a booking |
| Lead Time Hours | How far in advance a booking must be made (e.g., 24 hours) |
| Advance Booking Days | Maximum days in advance a booking can be made |
| Cancellation Window | Hours before pickup that a customer can cancel |
Customer Form Options
Control which fields appear on the checkout form:

| Show Age Field | Show/hide the driver age field |
| Require Insurance | Require customers to select an insurance tier |
Manage Booking Page
Control what customers can do on the Manage Booking page:

| Allow Cancellation | Let customers cancel their bookings online |
| Allow Messages | Let customers send messages about their booking |
